I’ve just checked mine and although the pdf has 25 pages this includes the initial ‘copyright advice’ page – page 25 of the actual document is missing.

I’m sure I’m not the only one, but I’d really like to express my thanks for the time and patience you’re devoting to this particular project Richmond.  It is so, so much appreciated, especially at this time of the year when there must be so many other projects on your plate – engineering and otherwise.
