Magazine viewer troubles

Hi All

I have recently been having a problem using the magazine sub with IE11, and was wondering if anyone has a fix. When I open a magazine, I only get a blank page, with the url in the address bar. My Sub is up to date.

any ideas most welcome.

Hi,

try running IE in compatability mode.

at the top of your browser page there is a toolbar and you will see an icon that looks like a torn page click it and set to run in compatability mode.

You could also download Firefox and use it instead but if you use Norton IDsafe to fill in your password it won't work with Firefox
