For over a week I have been telephoning and leaving a message with M-Machine but no joy.

I want to place an order but need a little advice before doing so.

Does anyone have any current info on the company as in the past they

have been very good.

I have always found them prompt, efficient and accessible. They do have holidays though, so they could be shut.

Some suppliers are great for some things and for others not so much.

What are you shopping for? This could influence the suppliers suggested,

I use M-Machine as my main supplier of raw material. I have never had any issues with them and always prompt efficient service. I suspect that, as Brian says, that they may be closed for some reason (holiday, show etc)

I have been using M-Machines for a few years and I fully agree with Michael, The respond has always been courteous, prompt and helpful therefore I will continue to use them.

M-M said that they had been extremely busy but working normally.

I did not press the point but gave my order to a lady who, as always,

was highly competent.

It's nice to hear that they are very busy.

I have used the firm in Romsey for copper sheet. The were fine and a fair price.
