The title says it all really.

I came across this link about lathe work whilst searching for something else and thought others here might find it of some interest.

I spent a surprising amount of time on there reading about Knots and Splices, as well as How to make Moccasins!

Just have a dig around – there’s plenty to see.

      Martin.

          Hi Martin,

If folk are simply interested in the Lathe/Turning book by Franklin D Jones on that link, the whole book is available in several downloadable formats (including Kindle) from the Gutenberg Project here. It’s an interesting and informative read, especially for the basics of turning.

          Best regards

          Terry

Thanks Martin and Terry for the links. Seems to be much to learn from that old book,

            Regards Thor
