Laser cut fly wheel

Hi

After looking and failing to find a suitable cast fly wheel for a Grasshopper Engine part of my helping dad series, I decided to take maters into my own hands and design one around a Laser Cut Blank, this is the result.

The rivets are just dummies to give it the right 1850 look, I think it came out OK, now all I have to do is make the rest of the engine.

Excellent result Stewart. A friend had loco driving wheels laser cut and hand filed the spoke profiles!
