Investment casting

Does anyone know of a investment casting company who will do

small batches ?

I only want 10 pieces made, i have even made the wax blanks, they just want

casting into alloy.

I spent all yesterday evening on the internet trawling around, but there seems to be only large companies who cast by the thousands, and most probably would not be interested in doing just 10 pieces.

I have used Richard Sheard at Plataurum in the West Midlands for a lot of loco stuff. Excellent quality and good value. May not be the cheapest if cost is your main criteria. **LINK**

You need to think about companies who support artists and jewellers.

This company expects people to supply waxes and charges by the gram, which suggests they do small runs! They also say the love a challenge!

I don't think that is the Abby who posts on the forums. That will be Dan Hobbs of Union Steam Model Company

He does do investment casting and may be able to help with a small run.
