Indexers for S7 and ML7

Based on the chuck removal lock primarily for the ML7 Addison Gray and myself have developed a simple indexing devices for the ML7 and S7. These use the principle of a sine bar and maths small angle approximation to make it easy to rotate and set the spindle to any angle. Intended as a marking out and drilling aid, not for milling, requires no drilling or holes to affix and no calculations, since one turn = one degree.

One turn of what? How does it work? Do you have a pic of it in place on the machine being used?

Looks quite intriguing. Enquiring minds want to know. You could probably sell a few of those if people knew what it did.

One turn of the jacking screw. Is slid on to the bull wheel and enables the bull wheel to be rotated by amounts less the the tooth to tooth angle. Works using the principle of a sine bar and using the maths of small angle approximation. So that the need to use a calculator or trig tables is not required. A have sold a few, versions for ML7 and S7.
