Important notice for subscribers paying by continuous credit card

We'd like to let you know about a payment change that will be required following our recent move from My Time Media to Mortons Media Group Limited.

If you currently pay with a continuous credit card, this is the element that will need to be renewed directly with Mortons as the current operator can’t transfer your payment details due to data protection regulations.

Please use the links below to continue your subscription after your current continuous credit card ends! We have so much planned for the coming year and want to ensure all our loyal subscribers are with us as we move the title forward.

For the avoidance of doubt (if only in my mind), do payments via direct debit to a current account need to be renewed?

I don't doubt what you say about data protection but, as an all-purpose excuse/reason, it has taken the place of "the cheque's in the post"!

An e-mail went out to Direct Debit customers on 13th of June to say the name on their statement will be different but no action needed to be taken.

Quick question — When will you be able to pay by DD for Digital only subscriuption? (Currently Credit Card Only)

Been on the webpage, it says my sub for ME is 'data conv annual DD…..' so I'm assuming I leave well alone. My sub for MEW Active digital' and I've got 4 issues left until expiry on Dec 2022. Do I need to do anything now, if so what?

Hi Duncan,

If you pay by annual direct debit then you are unaffected, it's only continuous credit card subscribers. So no need to do anything now, things will continue as normal.
