Does he have to be British?  I stumbled across a model V12 and a two row 14 cylinder radial on youtube.  I’m not sure of the gentleman’s nationality but his url is shown at times during the clip:

He is obviously very knowledgable and capable but standard of written English might be suspect..

Similarly, would there be an American expert prepared to contribute?

Only trying to be positive by exploring all options, I might do some more searching.

Nemmet said he would offer me his twin when finished.

Nemmet said he was not up to doing a column every 4 weeks and stopped.
