I am intrigued by the two pictures of the lovely model of the Holyhead lifeboat in ME.
There are enough details to show the hull is, surely, the same, but one picture shows it with the mast stepped forward and a lugsail, the other with the mast more central and what appears to be a sloop rig.
Also one picture shows it on a stand, the other on a a carriage.
It's quite unusual for amodel to be made to have the rig changed like this and a credit to the builder, Leslie Jones. Was the rig changed over at the show, or was one photo an 'archive' one?
