Hi All

Just a quick intro, Been lurking here for a while so thought it was time I joined.

Always loved making things, have a tool obsession and love gadgets, electronics, 3D printers etc.

I have a small 20 x 10 foot workshop I built in the garden with various machinery in it.

Looking into building model engines, steam to start with and probably from a casing kit.

I have a mini lathe but have been looking into getting a Mini Mill so will do a post about that very soon.

There is sure to be at least on on here with interests similar to yours, and hordes who will help if you have questions.

Do join a model engineering club.

Google shows several, Canterbury, Maidstone, Ramsgate, Romney Marsh for starters. Hopefully there will be one near you for when we get remission for good conduct.
