help wanted to complete 5″ 9f – situations vacant

After 10 years of making very slow progress i would like to find a good model engineer who can help get the loco finished. Most of the hard graft is complete including boiler, smoke box, cylinders and motion, chassis and wheels, tender chassis plus lots of other bits and pieces. I just don’t have the time but I’d like to get it finished and rather than the depressing sight of it gently oxidising I wonder of I could find someone who would be interested in the work and not be too expensive…..a retiree prehaps.

 

I live in York and so someone relatively close would be ideal but to be honest I’ll consider any options.
