Help needed with rifle stock duplicator

hi I have bought a incomplete air rifle stock duplicator it’s all done apart from the part that holds the wood and stock to be duplicated so they stay in the same place and turn identically as and when needed. The first pic should be what I have now the second pic show what I need or something similar has anyone any idea how I could do this please

If I understand the problem correctly … A pair of ‘timing pulleys’ and a toothed belt should do the job.
