      Hi,

I’ve just signed up as I’m thinking of buying a lathe to do a bit of turning in the garage. I’ve been watching mrpete222 on YouTube and I think it would fun to have a go at some of his projects.

Welcome from another Worcestershire resident! Good luck with the search for a lathe – there seems to be loads about at present…

                Welcome!

Lots of experience, help and advice on here!

Find a local M E Club and join.

You have already found a couple of folk who are not too far away!

Worcester and District M E meet at Waverley Street Worcester, WR5 3DH under normal circumstances, but like so many others have no meetings at present. But no doubt would respond to any enquiry..

Bromsgrove M E are located off the A38, accordingb to their website, B60 34RE is the post code They seem to be railway biased.

Hereford S M E is possibly a bit far away, but they are a friendly bunch. They are next door to The WaterWorks Museum, just off Broomy Hill. Both well worth a visit, when things improve!

As an ex Herefordian, I may be biased!

As an addition to the list my own club, Elmdon MES based at the Wythall Transport Museum and there is always the Birmingham MES at Ilshaw Heath as well, not too far away by car.
