Hi All I've joined up as I'm in need of some help. I'm a retired leather worker who used to do American old west leather and over the years have bought all kinds of machinery for the workshop although I'm not an engineer of any kind. I picked up a Myford ML7 about 30 year back and have added bits to it over the years and although it doesn't get get used as much as it should I do enjoy having a small project to do from time to time and have had many hours of fun and head scratching over the years.

Welcome John, you will find plenty of ML7 owners on here. If you have questions just ask, someone will be able to help. Best wishes Noel.

            Hi John,

            Welcome.

HUGE stocks of knowledge on here.

As Noel says if you have a query, just ask. One or more will provide a solution (Sometimes conflicting, it has to be said, but you then have a choice )

            Howard

Many thanks for the welcome lads

My first problem you can help with is how/where do I post my Myford questions. the heading general discussions is blocked out so not sure where to post.

John ! Click on all topics, then create new thread, put in title and heading of manual machine tools, it should work – I think. Noel.
