Harrison L5 taper turning attachment

Hi all,

I have a harrison L5 taper turning attachment that im going to be selling, I just wanted to know if anyone knows of a parts list for it so i can check its actually all there? It has a topslide and screw with it, however im not sure if these are just spares from my lathe or if they indeed come as part of the attachment?

Also any any suggestions as to a fair price to list it for would be very welcome.

There is a large number of Harrison manuals at the 'usinages' site:

(this link may not be the correct page – they are listed in alphabetical order and Harrison starts on page 3 of 8 on my browser).

I do not know if the L5 one has the TT attachment in it, but you could also try the L6 and 140 one.

I can only speak for Colchester TT attachments and they do use a different leadscrew (longer and splined at the handle end). Can you partly dismantle your own lathe and see if they are identical or different to what you have?

Thanks for the link, ive managed to find my copy of the manual but am still unsure! I dont have access to my lathe for the next few weeks so cant compare the two.

I think I'll just list it together.
