Actually, it usually works that way at Amazon – if you edit the url for your own country you get the same page but related to your country. As long as the item is available in that country. I've been doing this for some years especially, here where people post links to Amazon UK and I want to check it out for Canada. Occasionally Amazon will pop up an error which appears to mean that something isn't listed for my country.
(In this case, when I first checked your url, I didn't notice it was amazon.nl and when I got the cookie questionnaire that I couldn't read, I bailed out).
