      Hello everyone. My first post and may I say what a fantastic site this is. The reason for posting is to recommend a local engineering company who using there E D M machine saved my Hauser milling machine spindel that had been badly turned. the 10mm pultra collets now fit perfectly. The company is called Precision international in Chesham Bucks. I droped the job in with them on Monday afternoon and collected at lunchtime the next day for a very good price. I have no connection with this firm but an so pleased that I have to tell sombody

                    Nice to see the combination of traditional skills and a 3D printer!

                    I wish I could work at a level where it was worth worrying if a hinge opened exactly 90 degrees!

                              Do what you normally do, design it to go 86 degrees and force it the last 4 degrees
