I am looking for good homes for a recently-deceased relative's books, they having been rejected at the local second-hand bookshop and Oxfam.

Ideally, they would go to an interested member of the forum who can collect from Medway in Kent. If there is such a person, would they please post and PM me? I could send a list of titles to anyone who is serious about this.

I shall otherwise have the unwelcome task of a trip to the recycling depot – almost as bad as burning them!

PMs sent to richardandtracy and michael-w but others should not be discouraged from expressing an interest.

                Hello Ega,

If there is anything left over, would it be too much trouble to PM me? I live in North Yorkshire and a trip to the Medway is out of the question, but for the right sort of books I will happily pay for carriage.

                Kind regards

                Brian

I am pleased to say that I have now disposed of the C++ books but still have numerous general programming titles, the bulk of the fractal books, the traditional maths books and the number theory/"science of everthing" titles.

If there is more than one taker for any of these I would give priority to those who can collect and, thereafter, in the order in which they expressed an interest.

It would be helpful to know if anyone is interested in the categories I have listed. I could then produce a list of titles within the category.
