forward/reverse switch from a forward only switch

hi all , thanks for your input,

1, have reverse on my myfords7,, very handy

2, be handy to have reverse on the mill for extraction of broken bolts etc

3, Any1,, did like the switch on Ebay,,, need to sort the wiring out for it now,, i'e what I do and into which hole for the wirs
