From Axminster power tools, ordered a NVR switch for my shaper, unfortunately when I fitted it the emergency stop button was not working, it would shut off power ok but when reset it would not restore power, problem was that one of the contacts inside was sticking in its seating thereby cutting off the circuit, contacted them on tuesday last and a replacement was sent straight away arriving on weds, no argument,no quibbling. I have used Axminster for many years and they are an excellent Company so thanks to them

Yes I agree, I have found Axminster Power Tools to be a very good company to deal with over the years. A couple of items I have had to return have been dealt with quickly and without problems.

I have four or five heavy items of machinery from them. Several years ago I bought one of their electricaly powered 6 tonne hydraulic log splitters. This kept tripping out the power on start up. I rang their very good technical department and they told me what I might need and they even offered, within reason, to cover the cost of anything I had to buy to fix the problem. I bought what I needed to sort it but I didn't send them the bill.

Very impressed with them so far.

I would also like to congratulate Macc model Engineering supplies I have recently ordered materials and Taps which are good quality and dies, ordered in the morning and received them next day, I think we should all take the time to congratulate firm like these.

If I can add my two pennyworth; I have had taps and dies from Tracy Tools in under 24 hours from internet order, not just once either but on several occasions now.

Very impressed indeed with them; they will also take your order to one of the shows you are attending for collection from their stand.
