Good Find DC ! I've bookmarked the page for future reference.

Old Mart. Yes the size is correct. What makes you think these collets are for wood machines? They were being disposed of by a heavy engineering Co. so I'm curious.

The OZ system used to be a lot more common with hobby-level machines, but it has been overtaken in the metalworking field by the ER system. OZ is more common in woodworking, but Sandvik is not really into that field.

Closer to home, Amadeal has one but I am not sure if it is OZ25.

Sandvik don't only make tooling for metalwork. If you google "EOC16 collets" there are many hits, mainly concerning woodworking routers, most of which nowerdays are CNC.

It would be a good idea to look through the bore sizes of the collets and make sure a good range of sizes is present before looking for a 30 holder for them. The holders are available, but probably expensive.

The box for the collet he posted has 'Sandvik Coromant' clearly written on it.

Please look at their website, particularly the company history, as well as the Wikipedia page for the company, and advise where their wood butchery equipment is located.

I have an excellent bowsaw in the shed with Sandvik in big letters on it. It's hopeless at cutting metal.

I've found a useful site for collets which is worth bookmarking.
