              Stupid if you ask me. One drawer with 14 dti, Harding’s lathe with 14 drill chucks plus more dti. No room to work safely cos all machines cramped and covered with unused tools and kit.  Sell 80% and there’s still too much

               

              perhaps they buy cos nothing can be easily found

                  I’ve not watched the entire video, but we don’t know the exact circumstances of Russell’s life. He died aged 60, it seems, possibly after a lengthy period of ill health.

                  The large quantity of things he collected is symptomatic of a man who had a lot more time and money to buy whatever he might conceivably need than he had the chance to use it. This says nothing about his talent, which may have been considerable.
