      Thanks so much guys.
      Picked up a few of the odd size drill bits today along with centre punch, an M2 tap (only one I did’nt already have) and a nice new set of files with soft touch handles.
      All that is left now is the press, vice (going to stick with a horizontal to use free hand and on the drill press) and some nice green enamal

        While you are checking things make sure the table is flat. Mine is not. It is raised to the centre. Again a good sraight edge should prove the point.
        I’m hoping someone in the club will have a milling machine big enough to sort out the problem.

          Hi all, bit of an update.
          Changed jobs and been away so had a bit of a time issue but have really got going on it this week. All i can say is why was i so stupidy happy with my first drilled and tapped hole ha ha ha.
