Hi

I found a F1 CNC Mill in the back of a mates workshop, ex-college, been there a dozen years.

Any body know what does it do? What is it worth? How do I program it?

Dedicated Emco F1 cnc milling machine group at the link below where mainly members are using the original operating system, also in the Files section there are numerous helpful tips and list of help videos available on Youtube, also a FOC G code editor called MFI designed for the early Emco cnc machines.

If you go to my my ukmwg Youtube channel and search Emco you wil see my F1 working using G&M coded programs written with MFI. The link shows MFI being used on an Emco 5 cnc lathe but very similar operation is used for the mill but different cycling codes are used.
