      Hello All,

Wonder if you can help me???

I've recently acquired an Omnimill 00. Looks like i might be missing a piece on the vertical spindle drive the pulley???

I've taken a shot for you to compare if you are familiar with this machine??? My problem is I've got no drive from the pulley to the splined shaft so it just spins with no drive…..

any help you can shed on my problem appreciated.

or if anyone has a link to a PDF of the parts manual to confirm my suspicions that would be great also.

      thanks again

      thanks

If you send me a message  with your email address I will send you a pdf of the parts list and one of operating manual

To show pictures you will have to create an album and load pictures into that, then access them from there into your post

just an update just in case anyone stumbles across this thread for future reference. Located underneath the vertical spindle there is a female plastic drive dog that matches the spline pictured. Remove the pulley assembly by undoing the x 3 fixing screws located underneath the front flange. The whole pulley and bearings will come out revealing the offending item………..This is held in by a circlip…………….or shall I say supposed to be held in with a circlip.

Big thanks to Robbo for the additional information on the machine. Less than 24hrs from posting. thumbs up
