Digital Subscription

For Christmas my wife bought me a digital subscription. Nice present I thought.

But she recieved nothing via email or post, today she chased them for info on the subscription she got the subscription number and I had to log onto the website http://www.subscription.co.uk to activate. I couldnt find anything to activate the subscription.

So I phoned them after a long wait they said the same thing asked how to do it, didnt know and couldnt help the system was down. They will ring tommorrow to tell me how.

Considering the present was bought early December I am far from impressed.

Its this site you need to log onto not the subscriptions site

Click "my details" in the "my account " box top left of the page and you will see where to enter your sub number
