Nah, Jason and I are both unpaid volunteers.  I pay for ME, MEW, and the rest of the hobby just like everyone else.  No freebies, backhanders, or commercial arrangement of any kind with Mortons or their advertisers.

Nor am I a Social Media Influencer with an agenda.  I try to keep my opinions honest by backing them with evidence and explanations.   Above all, when I get it wrong, I admit it.   The last thing I want is a model engineering forum polluted with alternative truths.
