      I signed up and paid for a Model Engineer digital subscription a few months ago and just recently upgraded to a print+digital.

      However, I'm still unable to log into the digital archive. I've submitted several help-desk tickets to classic-magazines but I keep getting the run-around.

      This is the error message when I try to log in, at the link below, with my customer ID:

      "The credentials are valid, but no active subscription was found!"

      Anyone else have this issue? One of the primary reasons I subscribed to this magazine is so I can access old back-issues.

          Hi Mason,

          This sounds like you may be using the wrong number as your customer ID.

          Also, make sure you have your subs number in your profile.

            Don't think subs numbers in the profile do anything now Neil, I still have my old 10 digit one.

              Thanks. Just added my six digit subscription number to my profile, but that did not fix the login problem. Also, I don't see anywhere on the site where it states that I needed to add that information to my profile.

                Still can't login to the Model Engineer archive. I subscribed over two months ago and the folks over at Morton Media Group can't/won't fix the issue.

                  Have you e-mailed Neil as per his post earlier?

                  EDIT, I just tried with your e-mail and subs number and got the same message Hopefully Neil can get it a bit more attention as there seems to be something wrong with it saying there is no active subscription yet details are correct

                    I have been trying to help Mason with this.

                    It seems his subs details are correct according to the database, but the archive is failing to validate them.

                    If subscriptions can't sort this tomorrow, I'll ask the IT team to investigate.

                      I think I have found the problem but Neil can you check my e-mail just sent which suggests it is user error.

                        It looks like Jason has solved the issue – somehow the Digital Archive is needing a slightly different subs number (I've emailed this to you Mason).
