The bronze bit looks like it unscrews, like on a Drummond headstock
Drummonds unscrew anti clockwise, they press and hold the bearing in place
That round pin part may be the wedge that pushes a fitted bearing OUT at the split to allow the spindle to turn freely
The top picture has the split in the bearing if it's the only cut, it will be in line with the pin in the bottom picture if the pin is the wedge. if if if…
