Are there some problems with the customer.services? I have send several messages to them bud until now i have got no answer from them.

Two weeks ago i have subscribed and paid for the Model Engineers’ Workshop Digital Archive and the the Model Engineer Digital Archive. For 3 days it worked ok. After 3 days the Model Engineers’ Workshop Digital Archive was disappeared from the digital issues list.

Does someone knows a better e-mail address for this sorts of complains?

Hi Frans

The Model Engineers’ Workshop archive has lapsed.

We give a few days of grace while payment is processed.

If payment is refused then your subscription is terminated and we write to you.

Obviously you must have entered payment details incorrectly for workshop.

Model Engineer archive is fine.

I suggest you join the Workshop archive again.

You should not be charged twice.

Please tell me, Where can i find the old “Model engineer customer service” webbside ??? . I dont understand that i have recieved two number of model engineer Dec 2010 and two number of Model engineer January 2011 ???

I have been subscribing to Model Engineer since 1949 and look forward to each new issue.

 

I purchase my copies through my local News Agent Via Gordon and Gotch.

For some reason They have not received issue Vol 205 #4386 and #4388. although They are issued each two weeks.

 

My News Agent has not been able to solve the missing issue from here.

 

Can you please help with solving the problem of the missing issues?
