Hello,

What would the best and easiest material be for a crossead? I am using BMS for the slide bars.

Bronze/GM or BMS with bronze/gunmetal slippers.

Thats a leaded bronze such as SA660 not phosfor bronze

If its a large crosshead then the steel option is cheaper, this is one I cut from bar and added the slippers
