Hi, Can anyone tell me if Cringle engineering are still in business?
I’ve been trying to contact them since April!
I bought and payed for a dynamo/generator in April.
Apart from an email I received after purchase, thanking me for the order

and saying they will be in touch, I’ve heard nothing!

If you paid by credit card then contact the card company. They should refund you, something to do with consumer credit act.
