The finger is incredibly effective at moving heat as the thermal conductance of copper huge, but you have to ensure everything between the peltier and the business end is insulated.

Wouldn’t a TEG (same thing only in reverse) likely consume more power than the output from the Stirling engine?🙂
But, there again, mains water is costly as well – in the whole scheme of things associated with energy from Stirling engines.🙂
