I wish that photo hadn't mentioned 'cataract' since I have an appointment this Tuesday at the Clinic with the ophthalmologist for the first op. However was somewhat reassured by MichaelG's feedback.

Mine have proved wonderful … better than 20/20 vision now.

The only downside is that I need various optical aids for close work.

Thank you for your good wishes, Michael. I hope mine prove to be equally as good ( I already need optical assistance for close work so that will not be novel )
