      Hi everyone,

I was wondering what everyone else watches on YouTube in the clock and watch department.

Clickspring (obviously), James P Palmer, Reuben Schoots, Dean DK, Uri Tuchman (almost horology) The Watches TV etc.

I've got a channel myself that some of you may find interesting.

      All the very best

      Tommy

You guys must have nerves of steel to do such miniature work like that. Good luck with your channel. You may not get much response from this forum. Quite a few anti youtuber's. It's a shame as some of the senior members make comments which basically will slag your work. I get it all the time. Strangely it's only since doing the youtube video's that i get a lot of E-mails from ex members on here . They just will not post any more because of the flack they get.

You may get a better response from the Rocket scientist forum, as they are not as clever as some on here. It is a great forum if you have a mediocre problem. But you will usually get a few correct answers & a stack of others. Luckily the moderators are a good bunch with a wide knowledge base & always help if they can.

          Steve.

I have subscribed to your channel Tommy, although I don't have much interest in clock making I find your videos interesting and informative. I think it's the only clock making YouTube channel I watch, apart from click spring.

I enjoyed your workshop tour, some nice tooling there, keep up the good work

I enjoyed your video Tommy and also watched a few others too (liked the one about back-engineering a part using CAD). I do watch quite a lot of YouTube but I try to be selective – there is a lot very poor material on there.

But I do have my favourites (to which I subscribe) and you've now joined the list. Well done.

              Regards,

              IanT

Thanks very much for the kind words. I'm really enjoying making the videos, although that in itself is a bit of a journey, learning new skills in editing/filming etc, and it's great to hear back from people who are watching and enjoying them. Thanks!

                All the very best

                Tommy

Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time for making your YouTube videos

As a complete beginner in the world of clock making your videos are a great help

                  Andrew
