I was explaining a basic cutting frame to a new club member last night – the simple U shaped variety. Checking google this morning I do not find the usual 2 million references and photos. In fact almost nothing has come up except buried (visually) on a Chronos wheel cutting engine.

So if anyone has one please can you put a few photos on here. They could be the only ones on the ‘net.

Yes I know there are pictures in eg Wilding’s books but we are talking youngster under 40 so has to be electronic media. 🙂

We’ve trodden similar ground before, Bazyle

That’s a discussion about a Chronos engine, with parts missing … but it gets there in the end.

My set of drawings came from C.J. Thorne but it seems to have disappeared from his list now, can scan if you need.
