I've come into a Clarkson compound casting kit , are there any tricks to machining the various castings especially the support legs for the cylinder castings . Thanks in advance Tom (duckman)
For machining the legs I would try to set them up on the mill so that you can do both the bottom of the foot and the face that mates to the trunk guide all in one setting so that the two faces end up 90deg to each other.
