Can anyone identify these inserts?

Out of pure curiosity, does anyone know what tooling these inserts are intended to fit?  I found two in a box of random cutting tools bought at a SMEE rummage sale.  They look to be 60 degree internal threading, and are drilled through – so presumably for forced coolant but I’ve never seen a holder that would take anything with that shape of shank.

They are Horn inserts and very good they are too I pick them up ocasionally and have made a holder, even got one that goes into a 2mm hole!!!

Good inserts. I made my own crude holder for them.
