Its not so easy to use as the old site, and its hard to find things….. but then again its all new.

BUG: When clicking on Forums -> Latest Actvity it used to list said latest posts

Today at least, it just gives you Forum statistics – who messed up up the Java ?

          Rats, don’t log out then.
I just did, to see how Recent activity displays for someone outside the forum.

Yes I just got forum stats.
Logged back in, and now every time I hit the button, I’m forcably logged off the forum

It worked fine before I logged out.

          Edit;
Just cleared all cache and cookies for this site, from Opera browser, and the “Latest Activity” button now behaves again.

            Thanks for the advice, Bill

… I shall remain logged-in for as long as it lets me.

Edit: __ thinks: perhaps the developers are using AI to assist with the coding !

If the thing has noticed all the complaints, what’s the most effective way to stop them … terminate the complainants.

I just typed your query into Opera’s AI browser Aria

Based on the real-time information, here are some effective ways to stop complaints:

              1) Set Clear Expectations from the Get-Go: One of the best tips for avoiding customer complaints is to set clear expectations right from the beginning. Clearly communicate what customers can expect from your product or service.
              2) Improve First Call Resolution: By focusing on resolving customer issues during the first call or interaction, you can prevent complaints from escalating. Train your customer service representatives to address and resolve problems efficiently.
3)Leverage the Latest Technology: Utilize technology to streamline your customer service processes. Implement tools like call-back technology or omnichannel customer service to enhance the customer experience and reduce complaints.
4)Track Complaints: Keep track of customer complaints to identify patterns and areas for improvement. By analyzing complaint data, you can address recurring issues and make necessary changes to prevent future complaints.
5)Ask for Customer Feedback Regularly: Proactively seek feedback from your customers to identify areas where you can improve. Instead of using a basic survey for all situations, tailor your feedback collection methods to gather specific insights.
Remember, these are general tips, and the most effective approach may vary depending on the nature of the complaints and your specific business.
