Binks Bullows Model 460 spraygun.

I have the above spray gun with lots of interchangeable nozzles. There is a fair amount of info on the net, including a manual.

What puzzles me is that there is no tank for the gun and no apparent trigger. It seems one has to supply your own 2 or 3 port valve for the trigger, but what type of paint container is anyone’s guess.

Goodness knows how I came to own it, but I suppose I may as well try to make an operational unit out of it, rather than dump it (even came with original box!)

I know next to nothing about  spray guns and it may be that it is not too good at spraying, I guess it must be 40 or 50 years old, but looks unused.

So what sort of tank would ! be looking for and I assume that the trigger is remote from the gun?

These were not intended for hand use. They would be on a production line either fixed with the work moving infront of them or mounted an an automated arm so no hand trigger needed. Likewise a cup, as they were plumbed into a large tank of paint so it could spary all day long.

That explains why it appears to be weird. Looks like the scrap bin, pity and all that but I should not think it is worth anyone bothering with it.
