AVICE ON BEAM ENGINE

hi all I have this my father built approx 30 plus years ago at a guess (he's been deceased 26yrs) am I correct in thinking its a m.e beam engine I also have the full set of drawings (not got out yet) not sure weather to sell as I appreciate the work involved with constucting them and been sentimental but im affraid to say im not getting any younger and my daughter is not intrested so maybe time to let someone else enjoy

ANYONE HAVE IDEA ON VALUE WITH DRAWINGS.sorry can't seem to ad pics
