Archive not accessible

Despite my digital archive subscription for MEW it won’t let me in tonight, my subscription number is in my details, is there a problem?

I just checked and it’s happening to me too. Was fine yesterday.

Do you honestly expect someone in the office at 10:44 pm on a Saturday evening?

I can access digital subscriptions but will check it out.

I have checked a couple of your details and the subscriber database is not working.

This is the external database  at our subscription company so there is nothing I can do about it today. Please do not post complaints about something we can do nothing about. It will not help resolve the problem.

 

My account does not have subscription numbers so I get access see message above.

Hi David,

If people don’t comment/complain how are you going to know there is a problem? If you don’t know there is a problem, how are you going to set a repair in motion (in working hours, of course) 

Surely telling fee paying subscribers off is not going to help, how are they to know it out of your hands?
