Looks like it’s MT4 taper in the spindle. I’ve just checked an R8 collet in the nose of my Super 7 big bore which has a shortened MT4 taper and it looks like you could make an adapter though it would need to project a bit from the nose of the quill to provide enough meat at the other end to hold the 24mm parallel bit at the threaded end of the collet. Some careful drawing needed. I have made an R8 collet socket for a new Quorn mandrel to hold my R8 collets and a couple of MT4 shanks, so very doable.
