you’ve taken my money and not told me how to log in

I subscribed to a year subs, which will start jan 13 but i was also promised access to back issues as soon as i received my sub number, but I cant find how to access the magazine I thought I paid for

what is wrong with your website? Do I have to be a mind reader?

In the "my Account" box, top left there is a tab for "digital issues" click that, then the mag ME or MEW and it will ask for details and number.

Make sure you get the number exact and I thank name is case sensative.

You need to enter your subscriber number in the ME or MEW box under the "My Details" (in the My Accounts Box)

I seem to be getting intermittent problems with access to subscriber features. I managed to get in last weekend (after having at one point got a screen saying the website was being updated). Today, I can't see the archives or subscriber articles although both my subscriber numbers are entered in my details

Evening all, to those who haven't gone to bed yet.

Don't forget that you can, once you have entered all your details as mentioned above,  access "Digital Archive" by clicking on "Extra" in the menu bar at the top of the page then scroll down and bob's your uncle or whatever.

I just click "Digital Issues" in the My Accounts Box to access the digital archives.

Remember that you have to be logged in.

Well I wrote a reply here and the site seized up and dumped my msg

After 3 phone calls and lots of wasted time hanging around with moh I fanlly got authorised and can access back number (i think)

I'll never go through this amateurish torture again

BTW I had a similar experience with another publishing house and a mag sub. Must be run by Dinner Ladies. What is it with these people? This is 2012 not 1992

Having ranted MEW does have some well informed articles so I will suck it in and move on
