How does one create a new album or find the old one.

I believe the old one is gone. To create a new gallery (album) click Profile in the green band, then you can click Gallery and can then create a new one and add photos to it. HTH

Also worth pointing out that you no longer need an album (now gallery) to be able to insert images. You just need to click the “insert image” icon and then drag the file into the box that appears which will put the image straight into your reply.
