Aids to gear cutting and indexing Martin Cleeve

I am hoping someone with an archive can help me, these articles go back long before I started collecting ME.

There are three, ME 3291, 3292, 3293 Volume 132 and the dates the reference I have quoted were Feb/March 1966, which seems a little odd. I would be very grateful for help, there is no hope of finding back issues after all this time.
