Hello, my first post on here, hopefully the informed collective can help as so far I’ve drawn a blank! Can anyone identify the origin of this model:

It appears to be based on a Burrell single agricultural. Dimensions are near identical to the Plastow 4.5 inch model but there are some distinct differences – sprung front box axle, twin drive pegs for rear wheels and proper crankshaft counterweights rather than the ‘U’ shaped crank of the Plastow. It’s been in our family since the early 80s, now in my custodianship and due a spruce up. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks
