Access and communication problems-HELP

I recently subscribed to the site and paid by credit card-result-no access and nobody replies to my e-mailed info. requests. Anyone any ideas on how I can access the items on the site or get positive contact with someone responsible. Your help appreciated in advance. Carlos alberto.

Hi, My details are as follows: Subs. deleted by ME staff I subscribed to was Model engineer arquives. I´ve already written two e-mails asking for help and info. but nobody has replied to date, strange setup. Any help you can give would be gratefully appreciated. Many thanks Carlos Alberto.

dear sir I am having problems again with my subscription on workshop digital aqrchive. everything was flowing quite well when without notice my acces was denied to digital issues. i cant understand what is wrong.
