A new 5in. gauge locomotive design from Martin Evans

Hi There

Martin Evans designed a 5in. gauge Great Northern N1 0-6-2 tank locomotive.

This has never been published.

 

I am awaiting drawings to arrive so we can start publishing it in Model Engineer.

Hi David,

I am not sure that this is the correct place for this but it will no doubt get your attention!  You have published copies of the Simplex articles, but Martin did produce some “Improvements to Simplex” in ME 17 April 1987 pages 447 to 450.  Perhaps this article should be made availableon the wb to them that wants it.
